Does being near the sea change which covering I should use?
It changes the detailing more than the covering. Fixings, edge trims and upstands need to be right, because that is where coastal roofs fail. Both GRP and EPDM perform well here when they are detailed and fixed properly for the exposure.
Do you work on flats and guest houses?
Yes. A lot of the property near the front is converted or in commercial use, and we work on both. We can also deal with a managing agent or freeholder if that is who is instructing the work.
